In numerology, your name or date of birth is broken down into a single figure. Each number is reduced to a single number between 1-9 and holds a significant meaning in life. There are also the master numbers which are 11 and 22, which are not reduced any further.

If someone was born on the, September 29, 1985. Add (the month) 9 + (the day) 29 + (the year) 1985 = 2023.
Then add the digits of 2023 to reduce it into a single figure, which gives you a Life number of 7.
